Eligilbilty

Qualifications for becoming Miss Maine USA^®

• I am at least 18 and under 27 years of age on February 1, 2009.
• I have never been married nor had a marriage annulled. I have never given birth to a child, I am not a parent, and I am not currently pregnant.
• I am a naturally-born female, am a citizen of the United States and will remain a citizen of the United States through the State Pageant and, if I win the State Pageant, through the 2009 Miss USA Pageant.
• I am a resident of the State of Maine or I attend school, full-time in Maine

 

Qualifications for becoming Miss Maine Teen USA^®

• I will be at least 14 and under 19 years of age on February 1, 2009.
• I have never been married nor had a marriage annulled. I have never given birth to a child, I am not a parent, and I am not currently pregnant.
• I am a naturally-born female, am a citizen of the United States and will remain a citizen of the United States through the State Pageant and, if I win the State Pageant, through the 2009 Miss USA Pageant.
• I am a resident of the State of Maine or I attend school, full-time in Maine
